All our products are made to order, therefore

  • We do not offer size exchanges
  • We do not offer returns except in the case of:
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect product received

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video, for verification.

Return Approval & Store Credit

  • All return requests are subject to inspection and approval
  • Once approved, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund

Store Credit Terms

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Non-transferable
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Cannot be extended beyond validity

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Have all original tags intact

Returns without tags, without an unboxing video, or showing signs of use will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Heavy ethnic wear

These items are specially crafted and made to order; therefore, no exceptions will be made.
