Return & Exchange Policy
All our products are made to order, therefore
- We do not offer size exchanges
- We do not offer returns except in the case of:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Incorrect product received
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video, for verification.
Return Approval & Store Credit
- All return requests are subject to inspection and approval
- Once approved, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund
Store Credit Terms
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Non-transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Cannot be extended beyond validity
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Have all original tags intact
Returns without tags, without an unboxing video, or showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Quality Assurance
Every order undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure it is free from defects or damage.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:
- Custom measurement orders
- Discounted or sale items
- Heavy ethnic wear
These items are specially crafted and made to order; therefore, no exceptions will be made.
