2. Made-to-Order Products
- All our garments are handcrafted and made to order
- Production begins only after an order is placed
- Minor variations in colour, embroidery, fabric texture, or finish may occur due to handwork, lighting, and screen resolution
- Such variations are natural and are not considered defects
3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our products are made to order. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video, as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
4. Orders & Cancellation
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
- Production begins immediately after order confirmation
